As the founder of The Salad-Spot, Chayale Shagalow's passion for healthy eating came from her own journey to better health. She knows firsthand how difficult it can be to find healthy food options that are both delicious and convenient. The menu is designed to offer a variety of fresh and tasty choices that are easy to grab and go.

• Orders: Orders close online at 9:00 am. Ordering in advance is appreciated. 

• Credit Card: If your credit card zip code is more than 45 miles away from 08904, the delivery/pickup options will not show up at checkout. To fix that issue, when placing your order, please change your zip code to 08904.

• Delivery: We offer free delivery to RPRY at 11:45, YST Preschool and Reenas at 12:00 and Netivot at 12:30. Please reach out if you are a commercial office ordering multiple meals. 

• Home/Commercial Delivery: $3 Delivery available to homes and offices in Highland Park, Edison, New Brunswick and East Brunswick beginning at 11:45 am. Please reach out for any other custom requests!

• Pickup: Pickup is available after 11:15 am.

• High quality ingredients are used. Avocado oil, Himalayan/Sea salt, unprocessed raw honey/maple syrup as a sweetener, coconut aminos instead of soy, homemade mayonnaise (eggs, avocado oil, vinegar, lemon and salt,) etc. We pride ourselves in the fact that we only use fresh clean ingredients.

• Food Prep: All food is homemade. All products are kosher, pareve and made using meat equipment.

• Allergies: With the exception of the Pasta Salad and Sourdough Rolls, all foods are GF. However, we cannot guarantee cross-contamination between utensils. If you have a specific allergy - please be sure to reach out before placing an order.

• Organic: At times, organic produce is used. However, we cannot guarantee any item as it is based on inventory and quality.

• Washed & Checked: All vegetables are soaked and then rinsed. Romaine lettuce and strawberries are checked for insects. Frozen broccoli has a hechsher. Smoothies are made out of frozen fruit and fresh bananas.

• Salmon: We use high quality Salmon from Norway and/or Scotland. Our wild caught salmon is farm raised in its natural habitat - the sea - and not a cramped pool of fish swimming on top of each other. The ratio of the pens in the fjord is 97.5% water to 2.5% salmon.  

• Catering is available. Please reach out to info@Salad-Spot.com. A minimum of 1 week is required for all catering events.
